Before this stage: A written booking summary and the approved cancellation table must be available.
Stage-specific confirmation
Booking, insurance choice, finance, final invoice and handover are distinct events. A customer must only acknowledge facts and documents available at the current stage.
An enquiry or test-ride submission remains a contact request and is not acceptance of this declaration.
Official communication
The final policy must name authorised dealership email, customer portal and written documents as official channels. Never send OTPs, unmasked identity documents or accepted declarations to a group chat.
Your requested Honda
Check the RedWing or BigWing model, variant, colour, showroom and booking amount in your written quotation. A model selection is not confirmation of a particular vehicle or chassis.
Do not confirm that finance documents have been read or the actual vehicle has been inspected at this stage.
Price and delivery
The quotation must identify its validity date, included charges and the relevant offer cut-off. The final payable amount and delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing; changes require a fresh acknowledgement.
Required before this document goes live for acceptance
- Approve each purchase-stage form separately.
- Define the price and offer cut-off and how changed details are re-accepted.
- Confirm the dealership's official communication and escalation channels.
Both language versions must be reviewed together. The final process must preserve customer rights, identify its official channels and retain each exact accepted version separately.
Acceptance is not active
Reading this page, contacting the showroom or submitting an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of D2. No OTP, signature or personal information is collected here.
OTP-based acceptance will be described as “electronically accepted”, not “digitally signed”.
