The actual insurance proposal
Review the insurer's quotation, policy type, IDV, premium, start/end dates, deductible, exclusions and claim contact before deciding. Record the customer's choice separately from the purchase booking.
The insurer's policy wording governs the cover. This draft does not promise claim settlement, a particular benefit, or an add-on's availability.
Add-ons are separate choices
Review zero-depreciation, return-to-invoice, roadside assistance or other add-ons only if offered in the actual policy. Record included and declined options rather than using one acceptance for all benefits.
Keep product names as insurer product names in English or reviewed Telugu transliteration. Do not translate Return to Invoice into an instruction to go back to an invoice.
After issuance
Provide the issued policy, policy number and cover dates. A quotation, enquiry or OTP alone does not establish that the vehicle is insured.
Required before this document goes live for acceptance
- Confirm insurers, policy wording and the optional-cover selection process.
- Approve accurate English and Telugu insurance terminology.
Both language versions must be reviewed together. The final process must preserve customer rights, identify its official channels and retain each exact accepted version separately.
Acceptance is not active
