Vehicle and ownership evidence
Record registration, registered owner, vehicle condition, valuation and outstanding finance with the supporting documents. Specify permitted vehicle types and geography in the approved offer policy.
A family relationship alone must not be treated as proof of ownership or offer eligibility. Record authorised-owner approval and any approved exception.
Valuation and exchange benefit
State the vehicle's exchange valuation separately from any manufacturer or dealership bonus. Cite the applicable dated Honda scheme or dealership offer before stating an amount or eligibility rule.
Whether an exchange benefit can combine with upgrade or scrappage benefits must be consistent across the affected documents. No combination or Honda bonus is promised by this draft.
Transfer and handover
Use applicable registration-transfer requirements and track filing separately from any scheme ownership-duration rule. Do not present a scheme period as permission to delay ownership-transfer filing.
Use required identifiers only for a recorded purpose, offer permitted alternatives and mask personal identification on visible copies.

- Approve eligible vehicle types, geography, ownership evidence and exceptions.
- Approve valuation, transfer responsibilities and record retention.
- Verify exchange-bonus eligibility and combination rules using the actual Honda offer.
Both language versions must be reviewed together. The final process must preserve customer rights, identify its official channels and retain each exact accepted version separately.
